When we began our search for a condominium unit, we did not have a real estate agent. I contacted JOHNNY LOPRETE as a result of a listing he had advertised. From the first appointment with Johnny he was reliable, flexible, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Johnny was quickly able to assess our needs and accommodate us. Johnny was always available by text message, phone call, or in person. As we were on a limited budget, our deal necessitated several offers that fell through [5]. Sensing our frustration, Johnny never wavered but stayed the course until the job was done. And we are completely satisfied that we have gotten the best bang for our buck. Additionally, Johnny teams up with his wife Stephanie, who is equally pleasant, knowledgeable, and dependable. Once we had a sign back offer, Johnny was fantastic with referrals [painters, cleaners, etc.]. I would not hesitate to refer Johnny to any of my friends.

I'm not kidding in any way, for my family he had to negotiate an international deal, connecting us with the legal support and contractors directly. Johnny contacted embassies abroad, foreign banks, set up meetings and made sure that an extremely time sensitive and last minute agreement was met with time to spare. Johnny simplified a complex process and helped us overcome all the hurdles one encounters. Johnny was patient in explaining the different factors and regulations that played a part in settling our deal, was very honest, trustworthy and impressionably hard working. You can't go wrong in working with him, because if he doesn't know the answer, then he knows who does and he'll make sure that you're informed and on track at all times. I can't recommend him enough!</p>

My company worked with Johnny as an agent and the experience as beyond awful. He was rude, threatening and entirely inappropriate. I would never work with him again and I strongly advise others not to engage his services.
