John ( listing agent ) felt it necessary to call me ( the buyer ), yell and try to intimidate me, and impose that I had to hire him to close on a franchise purchase. He got laughed at and excluded from the deal as a result. Deal closed successfully because neither party wanted anything to do with him anymore

I was purchasing a franchise that John had listed. He felt it necessary to call and yell at me because I was talking to the seller directly after finding the listing without his help and walking through the front door. He got laughed at for imposing himself. The deal successfully closed without his involvement thankfully. Very unprofessional.

John worked very hard and was very thorough. He understood well both what a buyer might be looking for in our property, and what we were looking for regarding the sale. We felt very well represented and that he had our interests at heart. He helped us from October 2022 to April 2023.

John takes much pride in his work and it shows by using all the tools available these days to market and sell a property successfully. John listens to his clients and act accordingly. I can highly recommend John!
