John worked very hard and was very thorough. He understood well both what a buyer might be looking for in our property, and what we were looking for regarding the sale. We felt very well represented and that he had our interests at heart. He helped us from October 2022 to April 2023.

I have always had a distrust of realtors, thinking that they are in it for a quick sale and don’t really care at all about the property or the people. Not so with John MacLennon. From the very first time I met with John I instantly liked him. A soft spoken, empathetic, intelligent man. He understood how difficult it was for us to put our mother’s ancestral home on the market. With the death of our mother and our elderly father no longer able to care for the place and their children scattered all over the province we had to come to the very difficult decision to put it on the market. John was there for me every step of the way, emotionally as well as professionally. I knew nothing of the real estate process and John walked me through it very patiently. I can’t tell you how many times I phoned him, or sent him emails and he answered every one of them with such patience and knowledgeable advice. John made this heartbreaking experience bearable.
