I met with a few agents before listing my home and John was the obvious choice to go with. He was down to earth and I never felt pressured in any way. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend John. He knows the market inside out. He was very friendly and walked me through every step of the process. I appreciated and valued his advice. He was always helpful and offered guidance whenever I asked. He is excellent at dealing with people and fantastic at negotiating. He managed to bring multiple offers to the table more then once and successfully sold my home for over asking price in a fairly cool market. I was very happy with the results of working with John. He is a professional and an expert in the real estate market. I would definitely work with John again and I have already recommended him to family and friends.

<p>From our first meeting, we knew John was the right realtor for us. We hadn't moved for 16 years, so we needed to learn a lot about the market and the process. John was patient and walked us through every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about real estate in Brampton, including what neighborhoods would best fit our needs.</p> <p>Even though the market was hot, John encouraged us to take our time when finding a home and to not get discouraged if we were out bid or weren't finding what we liked. We looked at many homes, and John was always there to offer us advice. When we found the right home, John was very professional and helped us negotiate a good price.</p> <p>When it came time to sell our home, John was great! He offered advice on how to stage our house, and in the end we got the price we wanted at a time when the market was a bit uncertain. Our home sold in just 4 days!</p> <p>John communicated openly with us during all the stages of the purchase of our new home and sale of our former home. He was there to answer all of our questions, and always responded quickly. We honestly have only good things to say about John and his excellent skills as a realtor.
