John was professional and more importantly, personal. John spent the time to identify our must haves and our expectations to help us find our current home. We spent several months looking at many properties but to no avail. John taking the initiative found us a property that was perfect for us. His expertise in acreages and country residential real estate was priceless. We then asked John to help us sell our former home in the South Edmonton area. How can I say this with enough emphasis ... John assisted us in selling our home in the middle of the corona virus and what became a world pandemic. Wow! His consistent effort kept us on point and was very patient, which was very helpful during this stressful time. I am proud to recommend John to anyone seeking a personal touch in their real estate professional. I highly recommend him and will seek out his guidance in any future real estate dealings. Top notch! What else can you say about guy who took it upon himself to cut the grass at our current property prior to us moving in. John is one of the good guys.

We were very happy with the outcome of our estate sale. Even though the market turned and we did not receive the price we originally hoped for, we did sell for what was fair for the time/market and ended up selling faster than expected. We felt that John and his company went above and beyond for us and took special care of our property. He was also extremely informed about the area. We also did not feel pressured to sell for a lower price “just to sell it”- all Information was given to us to make our own decisions with their guidance but without pressure. We feel we were very well taken care of and would highly recommend this agent. Our property had special needs and they absolute took care of it.
