<p>A friend recommended John when we moved from BC to Edmonton. We communicated via email and phone regarding the type of property we were looking for and then arranged to come to Edmonton to view some properties over two days. John could not have been more helpful. He cleared his schedule, picked us up and spent the two days driving us around to look at the properties we had selected.</p> <p>As we didn't know Edmonton, he also drove us around different areas to make sure our choice of location was the right one for us. In our book, this goes above and beyond for someone you have just met. John's communication was exceptional. Even when we sent an email very late in the evening and didn't expect a response until the following day, he replied right away. We found him to be open and honest and if we asked something he didn't know, he told us so, then got back to us when he had the answer. John was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole out of Province house purchase run very smoothly and stress free. He was able to recommend a local lawyer and mortgage advisor, which we used without any pressure from him, and were very happy with.</p> <p>His communication didn't end after completion either. John followed up after we had moved into our new house to make sure everything was OK and told us to contact him if we needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and will most definitely use his services again when we move!</p>

John was very easy to work with when I had a short amount of time to purchase my home. I was at ease very quickly once I met him. He allowed me to form my own opinion about the properties I asked to see before he gave input based on his experience. John was professional and was able to expand my thinking about what I wanted by giving options that I did not know about. Every question and concern I had in this house buying process was answered quickly and he made this process much easier. I don't know if I would be in my dream house if it weren't for John!

I've bought and sold properties for the last 20 years and have met a lot of realtors. I can honestly say I have never met one with as much professionalism, tenacity and negotiating skills as John. To say the least, John is definitely one of the best realtors in Edmonton- not just because he can sell your home, but because he negotiates from a "win-win" perspective. Honest clear communication and strong focus on the end goal makes John the best anywhere. I'll have no hesitation at all to use John again when the time comes. Thanks John for all your help on our last transaction and look forward to working with you again.
