Do not think twice; HIRE JOHN as your real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. He keeps up with real estate trends and presents facts. He will give you sound advice. He goes above and beyond his job to help his clients. He has great communication skills and conducts business in a professional manner. It was pleasure working with him as first time home buyers, he made the whole process stress free. We would definitely work with him again and recommend him.

John was a pleasure to work with and get to know. He was very practical and honest. My wife and I, as novice home buyers were very nervous about working with a real estate, but John made us feel very safe and secure with the process. We often rely heavily on both our families. Each of our families have very different biases but are very knowledgeable in their own domains. John navigated this potential minefield very skillfully and really went out of his way to demonstrate that our interests were his interests. I have to commend him for this as both my father and my wife's father are super opinionated. One of the things I appreciated about John was that he was willing to speak openly about his own concerns. I feel that a novice home buyer who did not have support from family members with practical knowledge would benefit from this approach as John was very willing to give his opinion about many different home features or issues (when asked), but also encouraged us to learn about homes in general from various sources (including family) as he knew this was in our best interest. Overall, we're really happy with our purchase. We wish John great success in his career.
