Buying a house can be very daunting and the last thing you need is a realtor putting pressure on you. I never felt that way with John, he was patient, attentive and very helpful in the home buying process. Great experience and very knowledgeable! Doesn’t pressure you on buying a house. Will let you know if the house is worth it or not, and is very transparent. Showed us alot of houses before we found our house. Very patient and would recommend!

I’m 71 and my wife is 68. We have bought and sold a few properties in our time and by far John Fraser has been the best agent I have ever encountered. First of all we never felt pressured by John and we were very fussy. We had John show us many properties and it took us almost a year to find a property and never once did he make us feel we were too demanding . My wife who had previously worked on housing projects in Toronto is very knowledgeable about house construction, truly respected John’s knowledge. A total professional, if we had a question about a particular house. And If he didn’t have the answer, he would get the information for us quickly.. I can’t say enough about how great John was. Always patient with us. When we finally bought our house it was exactly what we wanted and I don’t think that we could have done that without John’s patience and knowledge.
