I'am very satisfied with John's services in helping me sell my property. He has proven to be very knowledgeable about the community that I lived in, knowing all the amenities that make living in the community of Harmony special. He has great knowledge of past and current market values in the area and was able to communicate in real time, keeping up with market trends, and giving solid feedback. John assisted us with a home search in Canmore over a 6 month period. He gave us expert advice on the Canmore market. The online customized web portal he provided was an invaluable aid to search and compare new and existing properties. This gave us an excellent view into the neighborhoods and home options within our budget. When we were ready to make a selection, John showed us a variety of properties over a 3 day weekend. At the end we were confident we had made the best choice and then John assisted us easily through the offer and deal finalization process. In addition to finding a home for us, John has been amazingly helpful in finding all the local expertise and that will be needed to make a few changes before our final move into the home.
