John-Anthony was tremendously helpful with the home that we were interested in. He was always available to answer questions or concerns, he consistently went out of his way to ensure the home buying process was effortless. I would also like to say that we were unable to visit the home as we were living in Ontario at the time but, John-Anthony offered to visit the property for us and took a very informative video so that we could "view" the property and home ourselves from a long ways away. He even did the final walk-through for us! In addition to that, he has many great connections within the community and set us up with a knowledgeable home insurance person, home inspector and real estate lawyer. We did not even have to contact the home inspector ourselves, John-Anthony took care of that for us. We are extremely grateful for his help and will definitely use his services again.
