He even acted as our proxy for the final inspection. We're grateful for the time and energy he invested in accommodating our needs during this transaction and for the solid advice he gave us throughout.

Joel went absolutely above and beyond to help us buy our new house. We were not living in the area during the search, and Joel went to visit houses on his own, filmed everything, and gave us super helpful feedback about what might need repairs or maintenance.
