Joel did a great job for us. This was an estate sale and I am the executor. I am also a resident of Alberta and spend my winters in the US. Joel was one of two agents that we asked for a market value assessment. His assessment was significantly higher than the other, and turned out to be close to the truth. We waited several months for probate to be granted. Once it was granted, Joel arranged for a listing to be created. He communicated effectively as potential buyers viewed the property. He helped me negotiate a reasonable price with the eventual buyer. When the property inspection revealed issues that we were not aware of, Joel helped arrange contractors to resolve the issues and dealt with the buyers realtor to extend the purchase date to accommodate having the necessary work done. He was my eyes and ears as we worked through resolving the issues. He also helped assess which items from the inspection we needed to resolve and which we should leave for the buyer. He worked very hard for us for us and definitely earned his commission. If I were doing another real estate transaction in his area, I would definitely want to work with him again.

Joel was attentive, and understanding of my needs in purchasing my first property. He made the process very easy, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

I’m very impressed with how Joel helped us sell and find a new home for us as we downsized. Obviously a lot of work put in for us, well he was dealing with other clients and his personal life. His professionalism during the whole process was exemplary. Highly recommend!
