Such an amazing experience with Joel! He really went above and beyond my expectations in his pursuit to finding me the perfect home. He is extremely dedicated to his work and to his clients. This was demonstrated through: some fairly late night questions on my end and immediate responses from Joel; multiple back and forth negotiations; and many, many various home viewings - I knew exactly what I wanted and I was determined to search until I found it! Joel never seemed to tire and he made it clear that his number one priority was that I am thrilled with my purchase, which I am! I would definitely use Joel again for any future purchases and would definitely recommend him as an agent!

We have had other agents and Joel was fantastic, he explained everything to us right from the beginning in terms we could understand. He would talk to us on a daily basis and would keep us updated on new listings, if we liked a place and wanted to see it we would have a showing the next day. He was so much fun and never pressured us into buying, he was always so enthusiastic to see the properties and got a good feeling on what we were looking for in the house we wanted (i think he got more excited looking at the properties than we did). Due to circumstances we are at this point unable to purchase a house right now when we do we will be using him to find us our dream home. He knows such good connections in the city and if we needed anything, example: painter, contractors, he would always have some one that could assist.
