I have now requested Joel Teeling services on multiple listings, that I have both purchased and sold. I find Joel to be extremely thorough and thoughtful, he is a very professional Realtor. His negotiation skills are excellent, he communicates very well establishes a rapport and listens to what you want. If he does not have the answer to something he goes out of his way to find it. He is attentive to the sellers or the buyers needs, friendly, hard-working and just a great realtor to deal with. I have recommended him to a number of friends or acquaintances and they have all had success using Joel‘s skills and abilities to buy or sell their homes.
