Joel helped my parents purchase their condo several years ago, and I decided to request his assistance when it came time for me to do the same. I'm so happy that I chose to do so because, as a first-time buyer with very little practical knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market, Joel helped me navigate the entire process with ease. He provided me with excellent advice every step of the way, and was always super prompt to reply to my (many) questions. Knowing how competitive the market is in the Lower Mainland, I anticipated the process of finding and then successfully purchasing a property to take around a year - but with Joel's guidance I was able to successfully find and buy a great condo around four months after I first started looking. I love my new place and I'm super glad to have been able to work with Joel - would definitely recommend and work with him again.
