My wife and I have worked with Joe since 2012 when we purchased our first home. Since then, my wife and I have bought and sold 5 properties and have worked with Joe with all of them. Even during the pandemic when the real estate market was going crazy, Joe was able to steer my wife and I away from “bidding wars” and, through his guidance, helped us find solid properties to acquire without paying too much for them.
