Joe is fantastic to work with and in my experience he really went above and beyond. My wife and I were moving from out of province, and Joe did a number of things to help us out. He lined up showings around the days we were in province to view homes, rearranged his schedule while we were in town to take us to additional showings we came across, supported us by attending home inspections on our behalf, provided us with great advice about potential concerns he had related to properties (e.g. well issues, structural issues, poor renovations, etc.),negotiated fairly on our behalf to get us a deal we were happy with and set us up with a great lawyer to help handle the transaction. I would work with Joe again anytime and I recommend him to family and friends who are also looking for homes in the region.
