I made the move from living on an acreage for 46 years into a smaller home in town this year. The process was long and complicated with many bumps along the way. I am so thankful I had Jody to advocate for me. She was able to guide and support me through the processes of both buying and selling, explaining everything along the way. Jody was so knowledgeable with every step from preparing the acreage to sell, accessing all of the services needed, and negotiating both deals. I can't thank Jody and her team enough!
