Jodie prepared a well laid out, informative description of our property. Couple this with an extremely good photographer , they produced quality hand out, making our property even more appealing. With excellent promotion on his website, he brought in a large number of potential buyers. Within a week we had 24 people view the property and 5 of those submitted a bid, at or higher then asking price. The winning bid was significantly higher then our asking price. Jodie was extremely helpful in all aspects on the sale of our property.
