Jodie was an absolute star! She helped us buy a home in one weekend as we were on a pressure crunch. She took the time to get to know us to learn our interests, answered all our questions, and was so much fun to work with. We are so happy with our home, all thanks to Jodie! Highly recommend.

Over the years, we've worked with a lot of good realtors. Without question, Jodie is a cut above the rest. From our initial phone call to the closing of the deal and beyond, it's been great to work with Jodie. Without being intrusive, she quickly helped us fine tune our wish list; provided relevant listings, neighbourhood recommendations and warnings; efficiently coordinated showings to suit our out of town schedule; gave honest assessments of the properties; provided excellent recommendations for all the relevant pre-sale inspection services (home inspection, septic and well); and offered thoughtful advice re closing strategies. She even gave us excellent recommendations for outdoor recreational areas, which further convinced us we're making the right move. In no small part, as a result of Jodie's expert handling of our search, we took possession of our ideal property within six weeks of our first meeting. Overall, working with Jodie is like house hunting with a good friend who genuinely cares about your interests and also happens to be highly conscientious, pro-active, intelligent and expert in their field.
