My experience of dealing with Jocelyne LeBlanc was, that she was totally professional, yet with a warmth that made one feel that she always had time to listen, answer questions and if she needed to seek an answer, did so quickly. I also wish to extend kudo's to Nathalie Mercier, Jocelyne's assistant, who went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The entire experience of selling our home was much less painful, thanks to their professionalism.
