Joanne blew the sale of my house out of the water. She could negotiate the bad guy out of a hostage situation. she was calm, collected, knowledgable and in constant communication. I don't think she slept ... She wasn't afraid to do the work, and she always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and I look forward to buying my new home with her by my side. :)
