Joanne deserves an absolute five star! I had a very positive and pleasant experience working with her as my realtor. She is professional, enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with. I am a first home buyer and was not familiar with the process so I did ask a lot questions; however she was always patient and helped me with everything I need to know from beginning to end. I was able to find my dream home because of her and she went beyond my expectation. On top of that, she is resourceful, the mortgage specialist, inspector, and lawyer she recommended are also professional and reliable which made my home purchasing experience hassle free. I simply do not have any negative feedback for her because I am so happy I could have her as my real estate agent.
