Joanna will literally make your dreams come true. She has been the most amazing help I could have ever asked for in the buying process. Being a first time home buyer I required a lot of assistance and she was there every step of the way. She was patient showing me homes and she told me I’ll just know when it’s the right house and she was right! She was right about everything and I almost lost out on my dream house because I took advice from someone else - don’t do that - but she worked in the background when I didn’t even know she was working on saving my deal for me! Then I got a “guess what” call and I was so happy I cried, hence making my dreams come true. I can’t thank her enough and she will be my realtor for life.

Joanna is extremely friendly, insightful, and helpful throughout the entire process. She helped my wife and I purchase our dream property, and significantly under asking price! She was also there to answer any and all questions we had, and knew the ins and outs of the contract process, which helped us out hugely! She doesn't miss a detail. Joanna is an honest and fair, non-pushy realtor that is there to get YOU the best deal possible, and not lead you on or waste your time in selling your house or finding your dream home. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home or sell their current one.

We chose Joanna right away with first phone call appointment. She said ‘ we should not rush to buy a home. You should pick the one which you like’. Other realtors were not like that at all. Because of my husband’s work, she could take an appointment for in the late afternoon to look at the house. And she was so fast to contact to the other agency and we could do viewing the day 1 or 2 on the market all the time. And when we found a forever home, I was really not sure because of too many viewing , and buying a house is stressful but I didn’t have any complains. And she told me that ‘ you like it! ‘ she is very supportive as a realtor and human. We love our forever home. Unfortunately seller was not nice so Joanna was very supportive with us. Thank you very much. You are the best realtor in Victoria!:)
