Jim and Chris ensured our townhome was staged well, and presentable at all times for prospective buyers. They also conducted open houses on the weekends, and were always available to answer any and all questions that came their way. They were exceptionally knowledgeable regarding past, and current listings, our area overall, and current market trends. They kept us informed, and feeling confident throughout the entire process. We were impressed by their ‘around the clock’ availability and quick turn around times, helping us problem solve anything that came up. Both Jim and Chris’ attention to detail was very much appreciated.
