This has been the best experience in dealing with a realtor that I have had! We must have seen dozens of houses and not once have we been pressured into making an offer. He is patient and explains the whole process of buying and selling of your home thoroughly. When it came to selling our home he offered staging that would make the house look better. Clearly he knew what he was talking about because we got above asking in just a few days! With having kids it was important to us to sell our home fast because of the inconvenience and Jim didn’t disappoint.
