When we started out to downsize to a bungalow around a year ago, my wife and I did not have a agent. We met Jim while viewing a bungalow that he was the selling agent. Although that particular house did not meet our need, he was patient to listen to us. We learned that his focus is on sale. Given bungalows are rare, he advised us to buy before sell. When other bungalows came on the market, he was able to connect us to one of his close associate whose focus on purchase to help us. For the sale of our house, we interviewed 4 agents to pick Jim as our selling agent. We were looking for someone that is trust-worthy - one that can guide his clients with expert knowledge and experience, one that can provide his clients with sound advices based on integrity and principles, one that interacts with his clients with total transparency and one that deals with buying agents with fairness and respect. Throughout the past year, Jim has demonstrated those qualities that we have been hoping for. After almost one year, we were able to buy a bungalow that suites our need. Subsequently Jim helped us execute all necessary selling preparations in a short time.
