He knows Burlington and close neighbour very well to set the right listing price as well as he monitors the competition very closely and sets the sales strategy accordingly. He provides a full-service (photography, listing and staging) with a real affordable commission. He is also very responsive to your queries, even sometimes extended to late nights.
