Jim is one of the best real estate agents I've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect house. His recommendations for inspectors, lawyers and all those things you need before you purchase were great as well!

Had a great experience working with Jim. He stuck by us for two years in a very challenging market and never gave up on helping us find the perfect home. He was super responsive, and always worked quickly to book viewings and put together offers. Jim never gave up hope that we would find something (even when we were starting to give up ourselves), and personally reached out to let us know when new places that fit our needs came up on the market. He spotted the house we ended up buying, and his quick acting helped us get an in an early offer that made all the difference. Couldn't have done it without him!

Jim helped us buy a cottage one year after we moved to Nova Scotia. We didn't know the area well and he showed us many different places around the province that fit our needs and expectations. Jim was always on time for our appointments. He was so professional and helpful, both in person and over online communication. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would ask his real estate team and get back to us promptly. It was excellent working with Jim. We will definitely use him in the future for any real estate needs and recommend him to everyone!
