Jill, helped us purchase this property in 2021 when we reallocated from over 2,000 km away. That transaction was fully remote and Jill ensured everything was as presented. In 2024, we again are relocating and Jill really put a lot of effort in trying to hit our desired sell price, from great photos, enhanced marketing, and quality clients. This woman owes my husband a Virtual Assitant based in Mexico a day and a half of pay. 110.00 USD she hired him to post on FB marketplace and on Craigslist List. My husband sent her a verbal agreement and she doesn't answer her calls or her FB messages. We later found out that the lady is linked to some Real Estate Hustle where they rip renters off its all in the FTC WEBSITE. SHE USES Virtual Assistants from Mexico Philippines and offers them a job posting on FB and Craigs List but her post flagged doing
