Jessie has been an amazing help in renting out all our apartments. He is our trusty realtor and the one that we always call every time we need to find a new tenant for our building, he has a vast knowledge of the business and is always looking to get the best deal for our company. We definitely recommend Jessie to anyone! and we hope we can keep doing business together for a long time.

I met Jessie through friends but I wasn't ready to move at the time. He contacted me months later to find out how things were going, sat in my backyard and offered me options and opinions leaving a lot of room for me to feel comfortable. Although I wasn't the best client he's had, Jessie was always truthful, professional and patient, this latter quality something I really needed at the time. He came through definitely above and beyond expectations, ever the respectful person. I'm happy I chose him as my agent because I also found in him someone reliable and supportive at a time it meant a lot to my family. Moving can be a hard transition, but Jessie ALMOST made it seem like I'd want to do it again ;). I may not move anytime soon, but I'll recommend this awesome guy to anyone looking to move.

Buying a house in these times is especially difficult with all the uncertainties. However, Jessie did an excellent job in helping us with the process. He understood what we needed, was extremely patient during open houses, and promptly pointed out pros and cons of each house we visited. I cannot recommend Jessie enough due to his non pushy behavior towards the whole house buying process. Go with him and have the peace of mind you need!

Jessie was great throughout our experience of buying a new place and selling our existing home. For us, the whole process probably took over 2 years as prices went out and then within our reach again. During this whole time we never felt pressured, never had to sign anything. During the transaction he was a great negotiator and was a tremendous help staging our place. So I would definitely recommend Jessie to anyone who is looking to move and we will definitely use him if/when we move again.
