We just turned 60 and this is perhaps our final home purchase. And so I would say this was our BEST purchase experience ever!!! Seriously - Jessica and Nathan went beyond any expectations for Real Estate Agents! First, they really cared about you and what you needed. It did not matter what your budget size was, they cared whether you purchased a +$1M home, or in our case, it was below that. And for buying in Canmore, that matters for those who can’t afford the $1M home. Second, they communicated very well, never leaving you hanging, waiting for a response - unlike experiences with past Agents. And finally, their level of knowledge of the Real Estate market was above par. Honestly - look no further if you are looking for a Real Estate Agent - go for “Team Jessica Stoner”! You won’t regret it!
