Jessica is an amazing agent! She went above and beyond both in helping us sell our home and in the purchase of a new one. She is friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Jessica helped guide me through the details of selling/buying which I did not have any understanding. Jessica is incredibly organized and deals with all matters promptly, she communicates proactively and responds to text messages and emails immediately. Jessica has great knowledge and experience that was very helpful while we were viewing potential new homes. She was able to spot things like foundation issues or water damage that my partner and I would not have noticed on our own. Jessica was also extremely helpful, ethical and trust-worthy during negotiations around our sale and purchase of a new home. She acts with integrity and truly wants the best for her clients. I always felt like i was in good hands with Jessica and she made the potentially stressful situation of selling and buying a home stress-free and exciting.
