Jessica was wonderful to deal with especially considering the current market conditions here in Edmonton. Jess helped me purchase my first home and negotiated a good price but ensured that we were still placing a competitive offer. We placed our offer the day it went on the market and we weren't even the only offer, so having the expertise of a professional was no doubt beneficial and allowed me to purchase a beautiful starter home for a fair price that I likely would've otherwise missed out on.
