Jessica is one heck of a realtor. Really works for the client and is available at all times. I would highly recommend her for either selling or buying a residence. Will definitely use her again in the near future.

Jessica was always professional and kept great communication throughout a couple offers. She always made availability for viewing, any questions we had, and advised about our offers . We wouldn’t have the place we do without her quick responses and keeping up with what type of property we were looking for. She was always professionally dressed, which is not something that I particularly care either way about, especially when poking around in a dirt basement, but some people judge on that. She wasn’t afraid to be right there with us when looking in the cobwebby areas looking for issues, which is something I appreciate. Even though it was a smaller sale compared to many recently, we couldn’t have had any better representation and commitment if we bought something 10x the price. Jessica’s commitment to her clients is excellent no matter the price of the deal. 100% would use her again, and one of the only professionals in our whole buying process that didn’t mess something up. Jessica’s attention to detail really helped us out by catching things we didn’t. She also gave great advice about the area, as we were only partially familiar.
