I cannot say enough positive things about Jessica. I was recommended Jessica after not being able to find the right realtor for me as a first time home buyer. Jessica went above all expectations. She made it her priority to get. work. done. From the start she had confidence that I would get the house I wanted. This included multiple phone conferences with sellers agent, insurance agencies, connecting with other individuals in the realtor world, and driving a LONG way to come to my house inspection. Jessica is beyond professional, and is a pro at negotiation and fighting for her clients. She comes with a warm, friendly personality that makes asking any question, stupid or not, easy. She has “made it happen” for me and my first home, and I could not be more happier to have been recommended to her. She will 100% be my agent for future homes, and 100% the agent whom I will recommend others to pursue as well.

When selecting a professional in any capacity to assist in a life event such as selling my mom's family home that she owned for almost 50 years, it was crucial to find the right person and Jessica was exactly that! Three key aspects for our selection were that Jessica was a local agent (lived in the area), and once meeting her we saw her professionalism but most of all her genuine and kind aurora made us feel comfortable and confident. We knew she was the one to sell this home in one of the toughest selling markets in years. An outstanding aspect to Jessica's service is that she DOES go above and beyond for the client. She assisted us in more than just "listing", "showing" and the "transactions". She has a keen eye for design (staging) and went to the house when we were not able to be there for many different things. We truly are grateful for her assistance that I consider outside of the typical agent role. There were bumps in the process, as the market is tricky journey right now, but what matters is the end result and that was Jessica landing an almost full ask sale and we couldn't be happier. Our whole family had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessica. Her dedication, professionalism and expertise were solid. She was our guide through the process and provided valuable insights trying to keep things (and me) stress free.
