When selecting a professional in any capacity to assist in a life event such as selling my mom's family home that she owned for almost 50 years, it was crucial to find the right person and Jessica was exactly that! Three key aspects for our selection were that Jessica was a local agent (lived in the area), and once meeting her we saw her professionalism but most of all her genuine and kind aurora made us feel comfortable and confident. We knew she was the one to sell this home in one of the toughest selling markets in years. An outstanding aspect to Jessica's service is that she DOES go above and beyond for the client. She assisted us in more than just "listing", "showing" and the "transactions". She has a keen eye for design (staging) and went to the house when we were not able to be there for many different things. We truly are grateful for her assistance that I consider outside of the typical agent role. There were bumps in the process, as the market is tricky journey right now, but what matters is the end result and that was Jessica landing an almost full ask sale and we couldn't be happier. Our whole family had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessica. Her dedication, professionalism and expertise were solid. She was our guide through the process and provided valuable insights trying to keep things (and me) stress free. She was very respectful and kind with my mom and used the "white glove" service as she was astute to the emotion behind this sale. My experience working with Jessica was outstanding. It was a very unique property being sold as an estate sale. As i was not in the area, Jessica would meet me remotely and explained the entire process at every step. Jessica even helped organize local companies to finalize repairs, lawyers and cleaning out of the estate property. I was at first skeptical of the video open house however I was surprised and please with outstanding reach this form of showcasing the property had with potential buyers. Jessica puts a lot of effort into presenting the Home, doing a sales video and taking care of the details and errands that need to be done (Eg: arranging Water & Well, Septic tests, Pump out etc.) Thank-you Jessica
