Contacted Jerry Hendricks to sell our parents estate. I gave Jerry a call as I've known his family members for many years and that Jerry has 30 years experience he knows the market history and treads of the Niagara area. When I first contacted Jerry he was leaving that day on a vacation, No problem lets connect on your return. Well that day he stopped in on his way between his office and home to take a quick look. We meet to discuss pricing options. Below market to to increase potential lookers and offers? Hold a offer day? Price it at true market value based on comps, square footage and location? Jerry put out all the options and said "it's your decision" We had a walk through and discussed some changes to best show the house to its potential. We decided to update some paint colours to brighten the rooms and be more inviting to the future owner. Also we thinned out some furniture to make the house flowed better as you walked through. The house was ok but last updated in 2000. The photos and video where spectacular! This showed as our open house was extremely well attended. I have seen way to any listings that you can tell a agent just ran through the house with a iPhone and spent 15 minutes just to get it listed. Jerry explained everything through out the whole process. Always gave the options and his thoughts and then "its your decision". Jerry and his team are professionals and they present themselves that way everyday.
