He is articulate, knowledgeable, organized and has a pleasant calm demeanor which is an added bonus under possible stressful changes involving relocating and buying a house in unfamiliar territory. He patiently helped us decide which area of the island would meet our desires and needs. He is a life long resident of the island and his insight was much appreciated. He patiently showed us some of the variety the island has to offer and we found the perfect area and home for us.
