Jeremy est un drole d'oiseau dans le monde cruel des agents immobiliers. il ne n'agit comme le prédateur au sommet de la chaine vis a vis de sa proie sans défense, (le potentiel acheteur), mais plutôt comme le garde-cote sauveteur dont le but est la sécurité des paisanciers. Plutôt que de voir les acheteurs potentiels comme des cibles à manipuler pour maximiser la transaction (le "prédateur"), il les considère comme des personnes à protéger et à guider ("le garde-côte sauveteur"). Il privilégie l'honnêteté et la transparence sur la pression de vente, les intérêts à long terme de l'acheteur sur le gain rapide, la sécurité (financière, légale, émotionnelle) du client. C'est le genre d'agent immobilier que tout le monde aimerait avoir et c'est notre chance de l'avoir rencontré et d'avoir été guidé par lui, dans l'un de nos plus importants achats immobiliers de notre vie... pas très important par le montant, mais cependant crucial pour notre qualité de vie pour les quelques années de vie qu'il nous reste à profiter. Si vous cherchez un agent qui mettevotre intérêt au-dessus de sa commission, Jeremy est la bonne personne Merci Jermy, tu as notre reconnaissance éternelle. Jeremy is a strange bird in the cruel world of real estate agents. He doesn't act like the predator at the top of the chain towards his helpless prey (the potential buyer), but rather like a lifeguard coast guard whose goal is the safety of those on the shore. Instead of seeing potential buyers as targets to manipulate to maximize a transaction (the 'predator'), he treats them as people to protect and guide (the 'lifeguard coast guard'). He prioritizes honesty and transparency over sales pressure, the buyer's long-term interests over quick profit, and the client's safety (financial, legal, emotional). He is the kind of real estate agent everyone wishes they had, and we were lucky to have met him and been guided by him through one of the most important real estate purchases of our lives... important for us in terms of price, but even more vital for our quality of life for the few remaining years we have to enjoy.
