We were referred to use Katie Braz by a friend. This was our first time buying a home. I contacted Katie by email. She responded back very promptly. She kept me up to date on all the properties we liked, when sold, for how much with out me even asking. When we finally came for our house hunting trip she had everything all planned, was on time and extremely knowledgeable about all the neighbourhoods and property information. She made this process so easy for us and was so kind and just a really nice person. We would recommend herself and her team to anyone. It was an excellent experience
