Jeremy did a fantastic job for us. We sold my father-in-laws place with Jeremy after he passed. This was a stressful time for us as we were both grieving and lived 4 hours away. Jeremy would go to the house for us to let cleaners in, people who needed to fix things. He made it so we didn't have to make the trip each time. Well dressed, well spoken, and not to mention, handsome as hek, Jeremy has a way of making it feel like you're purchasing a house with a friend and not just a realtor. His friendly smile and respectful attitude are so welcoming for a first time home buyer such as myself. He's focused on getting you exactly what you're looking and doesn't ever make you feel pushed. He has his finger on the pulse and knows a great deal when he see's one. Jeremy helped us purchase a home in July which was not an easy accomplishment! He accommodated us with our preferences, back and forth negotiation with the other realtor, and knowledge of the neighbourhood.
