Jeremy helped us purchase a home in July which was not an easy accomplishment! He accommodated us with our preferences, back and forth negotiation with the other realtor, and knowledge of the neighbourhood.

Jeremy was so helpful to us while we searched for our new home! We love our new place and it's been an amazing experience. He was always willing to meet with us even if it was inconvenient for him.

Jeremy was AWESOME !! As first time home buyers/owners we were nervous and had a lot of questions but Jeremy was able to answer them all. He was always readily available to help or communicate with us. He even showed us a home on his birthday when we were only in town for a few hours !! I cannot say enough good things.

Jeremy took us on when he knew we had a quick turn around time. We told him we were needing to move within a month or so, and he made it his goal to get it sold. When there was no movement for a few weeks, he gave suggestions on what we should do next to make the house more desirable or seen on the market.
