Jeremy was super responsive when listings became available and when things needed to be moved along in the transaction. Jeremy's patience was also a valued asset during the search, as the many properties we looked helped give me confidence that the home I chose was the right one while never pressuring me to settle. His experience and network made obtaining a condo document review company, inspector and real estate lawyer very smooth. He was very proactive in particular in dealing with the seller and seller's agent, going above and beyond in obtaining the needed documents for the condo document review from the condominium management company. During the negotiation I can confidently say he was essential in making my offers fair, but firm. Would definitely have Jeremy handle any of my future real estate dealings. Thanks again Jeremy!
