After thinking my house would never sell (as it was in an older neighborhood) Jenny had advised me that it was a seller's market and houses were selling over list. Jenny showed me comparables in the area that were very detailed and the listing process went very smoothly. She hired a professional photographer who took amazing pictures of the place and within 3 days we had our first offer! Instead of just taking the first deal Jenny was patient and waited to see what potential offers would arise. After about a week we had multiple offers for the house over list! With her advice we carefully selected the best deal in regards to price and conditions. Next came a serious negotiation where we ended up getting a price that I was happy with. There were some exciting and tense moments through the process, however I felt that Jenny always had my best interests in mind and fought hard to get me the best deal. I was very happy to have Jenny's experience and advice on my side and I would definitely recommend her as a realtor.

Jenny Chi were extremely profession on her Journey , she had sold my house just in one day and helped me purchase an other house. I am very happy with the services she had provided me . She was so patience, kind ,care and know what the client wanted. I am a 100% satisfied with Jenny. I don't think I can replaced someone like Jenny. I would refer Jenny to my friends and relatives in which I did and I will continue to do so.

Ms. Jenny Chi is a very friendly, pleasant, good listener, has a generous positive attitude, and is a honest realtor. Throughout the whole buying process, she always makes me feel very comfortable, clam and she is very patience and not an aggressive agent. She had been showing me over dozen of properties and finally she had helped me find the right home. Also she can speaks fluently both in English and Cantonese which is a benefit to the buyer.
