Jennifer is a professional and reliable realtor. She makes wonderful preparation before putting my original home on listing, whatever on strata minutes study, or price strategy making. She gives me a lot of useful advice but never interfere any of my decisions. She always listen to my views and respect to them. She is sociable and does her work conscientiously. She care about both sellers and buyers feelings.So she can balance both interest of seller and buyer. I can feel her kindness in her work whereas she is also a hard-headed person of action. Jennifer can insisted the strategy what we make together constantly so she can cope with any circumstances easy going. She negotiates methodically with persistent, but always be euphemistic and genial. I,m so glad to have Jennifer as my realtor.
