Jenn will work hard to make sure she gets you what you want. She goes above and beyond with staging, and making herself available when you need it. She sold our house in a tough market for a fair price. She is passionate about realty and that shows in all she does for her clients.

Jenn was an incredible agent and became a great friend...we are so thankful for her professionalism, her kindness, her understanding of the real estate market and her ability to get the job done, even when it’s a tough one. She stood by us during a gruelling sale and she kept our best interests always at heart. If buying or selling in Edmonton, she’s the best there is.

<p>As an aging couple on an acreage with horses, we were ready to downsize to a more maintenance-free home. We had very specific requirements - low noise area, main floor laundry, open concept, large master bedrm with walk in closet, heated garage, upgraded so that we did not have to do any interior or exterior work and appealing landscaping. Once Jenn emailed me some listings and read my comments, she knew exactly what we were after and we didn't get inundated with listings that were not appropriate. She lined up 5 potential homes for us to visit - and after meeting with her and listening to our reactions to the properties, it was just a matter of time before the perfect home came up for sale. We bought our home in Sherwood Park through Jenn and had a very satisfactory experience. While Jenn did not have acreage real estate experience, we were so happy dealing with her that we asked if she was able to handle the sale of our 40 acre horse facility. Jenn assured us that she had team members who would be able to help her and she would give it her best. We met with Jenn and a team member, and after that Jenn did all the rest. Suggestions for staging helped us get set up. She used some of my photos from different seasons and took some of her own to make a very impressive ad. To top that off, Jenn had a drone come out to shoot footage of the whole acreage, including us riding our horses on the property and in the outdoor arena. Such a great way to show off the whole acreage. We were surprised with Covid that showings happened and we ended up with 2 potential customers. In the end, we had to really push ourselves to get moved out in time for the quick sell. Jenn - always helpful, always listening and always anticipating our needs.

As a first-time home-buyer, we were very overwhelmed with the process of buying a house (especially during a pandemic). We met with Jenn in the fall of 2020. Jenn was recommended to us by a friend, and am I ever glad! Jenn provided us with a free consultation, ensuring we knew there was no pressure. We left that initial meeting with all the information we needed (including handouts) about the process, as well she took the time to show us what was on the market with our 'must-haves' list. She set us up with realistic expectations which ultimately created the environment for a great experience. We were shopping in the VERY popular market of a single-family home between $300-$350,000. Jenn notified us ANY time a home came on the market that matched our parameters. It honestly felt like we were her only clients based on how available she was to do showings with us. We was able to suggest homes to us, and point out red flags that we would NEVER have caught without her! She was even willing to humor us and take us to homes that she KNEW we would be disappointed in but I insisted on seeing (spoiler alert: Jenn was ALWAYS right). We were never rushed, and always informed. As a Type-A personality, I had a LOT of questions, and Jenn was available at ALL hours to answer any question I had via text or phone call. Seriously, I cannot believe how responsive she is (literally within 5 minutes usually). And at all hours! During negotiating, we were working late into the evening and she never hesitated or 'shut down' her office hours. She really is amazing. Jenn knows all the tricks of the trade. She was able to negotiate with a home builder to help us get a home that was initially out of budget for us. She knows what is fair, and will tell you the risks and rewards of all options available to you. Beyond just negotiating, she knows what questions to ask, what to look for, what to insist on, what to let go. Not to mention, she has a contact person for pretty much any service you could need related to buying a home. She is AMAZING. Her social media presence speaks for her passion of her profession. Check her out and that really is all the evidence you need! @jennmcphillamey Not to mention-she has an adorable dog, Darby, you will likely meet if you work with her :) Since we purchased in November 2020, I have reached out to Jenn multiple times about any of my house-related questions (taxes, dealing with the builder, warranty etc.) Again, super responsive, and if she doesn't know off the top of her head (which she usually does), she will undoubtedly find the answer. I trust Jenn wholeheartedly with my real estate endeavors and if we ever buy/sell again, she will be our #1 phone call....I suggest you do the same!!
