Jenn was incredible to work with this past year. As many know, as a buyer this past year, it was a really daunting and difficult process full of heartbreak and defeat. Like may others, we saw countless homes and put in over a dozen offers. Jenn's personality made the process so much more enjoyable despite the challenging time as a buyer. Whenever a listing came up that met our description, she encouraged us to see it, even if we thought it would go beyond our budget. She always had time for us and encouraged us to see everything. Jenn also did a great job of managing our expectations and giving us extremely valuable industry advice when it came to pricing. She was never afraid to tell us that it may be time to walk away from a property as the prices were going too high. I really appreciated that aspect of her work, and it led to a fantastic trust -which was so important for us. Ultimately Jenn found us our dream home that checked all of the boxes and she was involved through the entire process, long past closing. She also helped with the sale of our home. We were able to sell in 5 days after Jenn put the finishing touches on our staging. Her insight and expertise led us to sell well beyond what we could've imagined and we couldn't be more thankful for her. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thanks Jenn!!

I had Jennifer help sell my house that I lived in for 60 years. She was incredible, patience, understanding and she knows her job and the market very well. We were so blessed to have worked with Jenn on the sale of our family home when we were downsizing my mom.  From start to finish Jenn and her team provided personalized service where we knew that she really cared about our situation and wanted to help us get the best we could to help my mom financially in her retirement.  From getting her hands in on the actual clean up to providing advice as to how to set up the home so it looked its best Jenn knew her business.  Her knowledge of the market and confidence in the sale of our property made the entire process easier.  She knew the market and put much thought into the listing so that we could maximize interest and the amount we got for our home.   Being in another province for this sale, Jenn stood in and personally took care of things we could not from afar, all while making sure we were in the loop at all times.  From emails to phone calls and texts we felt despite the distance we were a part of the process and knew Jenn had our best interest at the forefront of her mind.  Jenn organized moving of larger furniture pieces, professional cleaning and personally staged our house. She was always available for any questions or concerns and personally took on so many tasks that were integral to the success of our sale. It is evident to all who work with Jenn that her professionalism, character and love of her job have earned her the respect of the community of realtors she deals with.  Jenn cares deeply about her clients and we are beyond grateful for all her hard work and personal care.  We highly recommend Jenn for the sale of your home.  Without her we do not believe that we would have had the success we did with the sale of my mom's home. 

Jennifer was the agent who helped purchase our house five years ago and then put it back onto the market recently. She was always very responsive and professional, especially when dealing with a bit of a complicated selling situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenn as an agent, and I hope that she's still available if I ever decide to get back into the real estate market!
