Jennifer has been outstanding throughout the process and still is. Prior to my final decision to sell, I met with Jennifer to discuss both selling and buying. I am downsizing and want to move close by. Jennifer came with neighbourhood knowledge, sheets of comparable property listings , both in the neighbourhood and surrounding.areas. She explained the process, the realistic market value of my property, the economy and its effects on the housing market specific to my present location. Throughout the process of selling and buying Jennifer was accommodating; offering advice, always took my call or called me back promptly. She answered my questions and if she couldn’t she always followed up and got back to me right away. She was always organized and on time! I think Jennifer is very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Most importantly , she negotiated very effectively for me and I felt she always had my back!

On site, she offered valuable insight into the properties; noticing the smallest details that speak to the quality of the house. Her opinions were invaluable in making a proper decision. Jennifer was always available for a text, call, or email and responded quickly. She works with a team of other professionals so tracking down the inspections, lawyers, brokers is all taken care of. Jennifer is 5* all the way. She makes the house hunting experience go very smoothly.
