I stumbled across Jenna Franze through a simple search online as I planned on selling my home in Squamish. Jenna managed herself professionally and had a sense to her that made our entire family of 5 feel very comfortable through the entire selling process. We felt in control of our sale and we were able to lean on Jenna with all of our most worrying questions. Jenna worked patiently through our families hectic schedule for everything and NEVER made us feel pressured, rather Id say she was more the re-assurance we needed when came time. From the photos, to documents, to the realtor tours, to notaries and finally to the showings, Jenna really seemed to be able to make it all flow seamlessly. When came to the sale, Jenna's strategies were flawless and un interrupted. She maintained flexibility and acknowledged all concerns efficiently. With the Hectic, fast passed market, Jenna had a way of keeping things level and balanced through the entire process, which was priceless for our kids. For them selling the home was already going to be a big deal, Jenna ensured they did not feel any extra stress. We have worked with a few real estate professionals over the past 12 years and I truly must say " I tip my hat " to Jenna Franze for the services she provided us on this home sale in Squamish. Our entire little family of 5 highly recommend Jenna to anybody in the real estate market, simply explained, she was GREAT!
