As first time home buyers there were rules and regulations that we were unaware of and Jeff made sure to point us in the right direction before we had even expressed interest in putting an offer in on his listing.</p> <p>He went above and beyond with assisting us with the mortgage/offer process and made us feel comfortable with all these new processes we had to go through.</p> <p>Move in day he made sure we were settled in and didn't need anything else and checked in a couple days later.</p> <p>Can not say enough about how easy Jeff made this for us!</p>

Jeff understand the ebs and flows of the market and is able to recognize changing sentiments as they are happening giving you a chance to maximize on your sell or buy.
