Jeffry was the realtor we were hoping to find. Selling our house in a soft market we were concerned that the process could drag on. We needed to sell as we had already bought a house and were moving out of province. His expertise and thoroughness regarding every aspect of getting our home ready for showing - ie pictures, video and staging - was amazing. His strategy and timing regarding open houses "going live' in the end is what sold our home in five days. For over asking! thank you jeffry. We would recommend him without hesitation.

I was referred to Jeffrey through my daughter's coworker, I sent him an email and if I recall I also called him. I received a reply to my email within the hour. I appreciated Jeffrey's upfront and realistic approach to what the sellers and buyers are going through in the current real estate market. Along with his services, I received the services of a professional stager and professional photographer. The house sold within 1 month from the day it was listed. I started looking for a property about 4 months later and truly appreciated all the advice I was given about downsizing, moving from a house to a condo. It was recommended that I get a condo review company to look over the documents as a condition, best decision I ever made.
