Jeff has definitely surpassed all of my expectations. He was honest, paid a great deal of attention to detail, and concise. He was also very arcuate in his paperwork, knowledgeable of bi-laws and policies. Especially when we were looking at condos, he was very knowledgeable of all of the different rules that may apply with each building. I was very happy with the fact the he took the extra time to really listen to me and understand what I was looking for. He didn’t waste my time by showing me properties out of my price rage or desired areas. When we finally closed on my new condo, and the sellers didn’t adhere to the purchase agreement he acted fast and worked hard to ensure the other party stepped up and followed through with the agreement. He made the process very easy and I felt comfortable having him help me with the biggest transaction of my life.

he is very approachable and jeff helped us a lot to find a good place and with reasonable price. And he always give us the advice whats the best thing to do or is our money worth it to buy that place for our future investment and he did a good job on this.
