After contacting "other" realty companies, (I got no replies to my website inquiries or on LinkedIn...), I eventually contacted Sarah Leib and got an immediate reply referring me to Jeffery. I started the process unsure as to whether this remote thing will work out at all. This was an "out of province" purchase: I was in BC and buying a condo in Edmonton. I had to rely on Jeffery for A LOT of things, as I was not able to be there in person. However, at no time a felt uncertain about what is happening and what the next steps are. Jeffery was "on the ball" with every single item, so I trusted him 100%. We found exactly what I wanted, I moved in 2 weeks ago!

Jeff was an amazing real estate agent to use. Very communicative, truthful and helpful with the whole process with being my first time buying a place. I would totally use Jeff again and appreciate all his help and laughs during this process to keep me from stressing out. He made sure I knew step by step how the processed worked, answered all my questions and was able to recommend different lawyers and home inspectors are the process went along. Would 100% use Jeff again.
